The State of Pohnpei has declared a period of mourning in memory of Dr. Rally Jim.
The CHL community is saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Rally Jim. Rally has been a key leader in the public health sector in Pohnpei and held a leadership role in CHL as the Freely Associated States Project Manager.
We are grateful for Rally’s contributions to CHL, and to his community.
