Every year, UH Manoa’s College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resource holds a conference to showcase the amazing research, academics, and extension activities at the college and a professional development opportunity for students, faculty, and staff. The conference includes exhibits, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, symposiums, and a closing reception. This year, some of the Hawaii CHL FS team attended various parts of the 3 day conference including the closing reception dinner. Nothing like a great buffet, amazing people, research, and activities for a good ol’ time! CHL trainees in attendance and co-investigator, Lynne Wilkens, went home with the beautiful flower arrangements! We hope to see more familiar faces at next year’s conference.
